We had such an amazing and special first experience meeting Santa at his Christmas Caboose today. He went above and beyond to make this experience so memorable and special for our family. We haven’t not been able to stop talking about it and will be sure to make it a tradition for many years to come!

Truly Magical
We visited Santa at his Christmas Caboose tonight and it was truly magical! The girls got to hear stories straight from Santa himself, received some of Rudolph’s magic nose shine, and were each given a special elf name. They even checked the Nice List — and they made it!They loved seeing the tiny door where the elves come and go, and looking out the window with Santa as they tried to spot the reindeer. We were also able to take photos, which made the experience even more special. Such a unique and heartwarming Christmas memory. 10/10 recommend!

The caboose we’re using for our visit is an authentic 1890s Soo Line caboose, and as such, it is not ADA-compliant. Please note that there are no restroom facilities on board, so we recommend stopping beforehand to avoid any interruptions to our experience. Additionally, the deck is elevated 4 feet above the ground and is quite narrow, so wheelchairs and walkers will not be able to access it. If your family requires special accommodations, please feel free to contact me directly. I’d be happy to arrange a home visit to ensure that your children still have a magical experience.

Family Tradition
I grew up with the family tradition that Santa would always come to grandma house on Christmas eve so i can a-test to the memories that Santa can create for kids. This year i wanted to recreate those memories for my children so i was referred to NEW Santa. From my very first interaction, a simple phone call i was already amazed by his professionalism and walking me through all the details to make the night extra special but what happened next was nothing short of a Christmas miracle. Santa walked in and kids and adults mouths dropped by his appearance and ability to connect and engage with the room. Time literally stopped and everyone gathered in the living room as Santa told stories, pulled out his scroll with details on every child, allowed one on one conversations with each of them. This is by far the best Christmas gift i could give my entire family! It was magical and none of us will ever forget it! Thank you Santa
